Double Chocolate Cherry Scones

2 1/4 c. Bisquick

1/2 c. sugar

1/4 c. cocoa

1/2 c. yogurt

1 t. vanilla or almond

1 egg

cherries, pitted and halved (or otherwise cut into bits), to taste

chocolate chips, to taste

If you happen to have any unsalted toasted almonds or hazelnuts hanging around feeling lonely, that's all right, too.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix first the dry ingredients, then the wet, then the lumpy. Drop in eight balls on a cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes.
