These are my mom's signature cookie. They are awesome. They don't even have any chocolate in them, and they're still awesome.

1 c. oleo

1 c. sugar

6 oz. cream cheese

2 egg yolks

2 t. vanilla

2 c. flour

1 t. salt

1 c. chopped pecans (NOT OPTIONAL -- some cookies are nuts-optional, and these are not they)

Cream wet ingredients together until fluffy. Sift in flour and salt. Add pecans when dough is well blended. Drop by teaspoons on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Ice thinly.

These freeze well.
